Tucson - Its a dry heat

Could anyone with a new Valk kindly advise of the brake/clutch MC size?
I am assuming that like the 1500 the piston diameter is cast into the reservoir body?
The 1500 is 14mm.
I tried checking the rebuild kit part numbers, but they are different.
Thanks.

I thought it was 14mm myself.  Should be the same as a GL1800.

I had some research on it right after I bought mine.  I wanted to switch to aftermarket reservoirs so I could use some cool levers.  I'm pretty sure it's 14mm.

Thanks for the response mrtappan,

After talking to my friendly Honda dealer for about half an hour late this afternoon; he indicated he could not read the number clearly on the reservoir, but it looked like 5/8.  Short version, it appears the 1800 Valks front brake MC is 5/8.  Which is JAP shorthand for 15.8mm.
Figured this out by getting a Honda part number for the rebuild kit (45530-MA5-671), then entering that into ebay to see what bikes matched that number.  Turns out a VF1100F Sabre (among many others) uses the same part; and the Sabre in my shed is marked as 5/8.
I was looking at trying to find some black MC's for my 1500Valk - not sure I want to alter the stock MC size... Undecided
Sigh.

Hmm....  I hope that's correct.  It's fairly easy to find a master cylinder in 5/8" bore (tons of 80s-90s Harleys used them).

So what's the diameter of the clutch master cylinder?
