Old is not so bad.

I recently installed the Vendor 2Bseen blinkers on the front fairing and was wondering if anyone could recommend a spot light to fit in the front blinker housing. I plan on using the running light wire to power them.

Perhaps a MR16 Halogen spot [$9.00/pr.] from Homedepot would fit. I would guess not. 12v 35 or 50 watt. BUT, existing wiring may be too light. And, I assume the 50w spots or floods would melt the signal housings, maybe the 35w would too. You could try 20w, but they wouldn't throw much deer hunting light. 20w may be good as marker lights only.
If you do find something let us know.
I would also suggest adding a switched relay.
