making a rune comfortable

what would it take to make the rune feel like a valk. I can only think of three things that would be important, seat, peg position, and handle bars. the peg position has to be about the same, so that only leaves swapping the seat and handle bars.would it be that easy, or am I missing something?

I swapped my bars for the optional pull back ones, much better.  I also got the Ultimate seat, and the Corbin 2-up seat.  Like the Ultimate better.....
