OK, did a quick search with nothing quick to see... anyway, replacing aging vaccuum line from petcock to #6 and need to know the proper size of the line...whats the ID?

Can't remember exact size, maybe 3/16's ID. Take a piece to the auto parts store and match it up as close as possible. Look for windshield washer hose.

Thanks Sandy for pointing that out to me. I stand corrected 3.5 MM is the correct size I wouldn't want to give the wrong info

Mr. Rat: I've always believed the ID is 3.5 mm. If you want it locally, the sized is 5/32nds.

I just bought one today, my bill says 7/32nds. I took a snip off mine and took it with me, so it should be right.

If I measured right , the nipple diameter is .170. .1875 is 3/16. .01625 is 1/64th of an inch. I used a 3/16 line an that is all that they had at the time. So at 11:50 at night going from memory , it is 11/64.
