Has anyone located a source in the United States that carry the Dunlop 130/60R-19 (D254) and the 180/55R-17 (D256).  Seems like they are available in Europe, but difficult to locate in the US.

This could be a "no $hit, Sherlock" reply, but Honda dealer should be able to order them:

OEM Honda Part # 44711-MJR-671 ($213.57): Tire, front (130/60R19 M/C 61H). ( DUNLOP)
Fits: Honda: GL1800C

Yes, Thank You.  I spoke to my local dealer and it seems the only way to get them is at a Honda dealer.  It 's a Honda part on their computer and should be available.

Excellent! With any luck, another manufacturer will give us a cheaper option than the dealer.

But with only one color choice for the 2015 Valkyrie, I fear the worst...

At least we were all smart enough to buy one before it got the axe!  cooldude

Yes, I was hoping for choice in tires.  I just came back from a 1200 mile trip and the front Dunlop with its center groove just plays havoc with any imperfections in the road surface.   I've always run tires with a tread pattern across the tire not around the circumference of the tire like the Dunlop front.  Cant wait to get rid of it.  Someone wrote in a post about the handlebar mounted windshield that it effects the front end movement.  I wonder if its the tire, not the windshield?

Interesting, thanks for the feedback. Where were you riding?

The road surfaces all around me are pretty terrible and the Valk has been fine into triple-digit-speeds for me.

There's a bunch of tires that could go on the back. I have
a Michelin Pilot Road 4 on the back of mine now.

There's a bunch of 120s (not 130s) that will fit on the front,
but I'm still running the original on mine, don't know what
I'll actually do when the time comes...

Thanks for the info Mike.
I'm in the same boat, not sure what I'll do when the front wear out. (I like Michelin PR3's or PR4's.)
I mixed manufactures once and wasn't happy with the results. It's a shame Harley still puts Bias Ply tires on their bikes, they have a model that requires the same size front as ours.

Yes, I like the Pilot Road 4's,  I have them on a BMW.  Your right HD does sell the same front as ours, but its bias ply.  On most roads the stock tire isn't bad, but on roads with those rain grooves cut in the cement, the tire wanders.  Also came back in the rain and those tar road snake repairs, played havoc with the front end. Don't have those issues on the BMW with Pilot Road 4's.
