Yes.  The selected charity is Operation Black Hills Cabin.  It's a charity that supplies a place for wounded veterans and their families to get away for a week's respite.

Willow,
For those of us that will not be able to make it to InZane this year, is there a way you can accept donations for the cause to pass on?
Thanks,
Roger

As a Desert Shield/Desert Storm veteran, I thank you for your support of the charity.

Fortunately, my boy came back from his Afghanistan tour with the only damage being his hearing & PTSD... That is bad enough. He is my hero, and I tell him so all the time.

Many of our vets come home with this demon to deal with. Thanksgiving, a local bike shop owner's son lost his battle with the demon.

Not all the damage is physically visible, please keep that in mind, if you would.

It breaks my heart to see another generation of wounded warriors.  My father was a combat vet from WWII.  He wasn't the best father but I know now he did the best he could.  He died too early at the age I am now.  My brother too is a combat vet who did two plus tours in Viet Nam and is 100% service connected disability and deals with his demons everyday.  Survivors guilt is miner compared to what others go through.  How do we honor the warrior without glorifying war?
