Great thread idea! Mine is 290, so I know I'm not that early... Also... Anybody know the highest VIN? Maybe the Valkyrie will be a lower-production run than the Rune! :

The NC700 forum did this and everyone has listed their last 4 vin numbers, year of bike, date and town purchased, and forum handle. It was interesting to see where your bikes closest kin are living after separation at factory.
My 2014 was purchased 4/21/15 in Asheboro NC Vin 000093.

My 2014 (red) valkyrie is vin #356 bought Oct. 2014, I got it because I love the flat 6 that was in my 1998 GL1500C,and when I heard the were, bringing the Valkyrie back with an 1832cc motor, and I test rode one, I had to have one, Just got home from my first cross country ride, 1756 miles in 6 days no problems, all is well, even the seat did not bother my butt,.......................................GREAT RIDE.....................woofred

Your VIN apparently has absolutely nothing to do with when you bought your bike.
Mine was on the dealer floor (Scottsdale, AZ) early May 2014... VIN 0855 (red). Psycho's arrived at the same dealer a few days later... VIN 0361 (blue).

You are right, it has to do with when it was made, lowest vin is oldest bike, I'm not sure if vin# country to country are the same numeric system. Canadian bikes may not use same vin system as USA. I bought ALOT of motorcycles from Go Daddy and from the owners before him, Harley, Honda and BMW Can't wait for a trip back home to Scottsdale, curious about the big HD building and what he will do with the old one. Prolly will be out there in Oct. and again in Feb. I miss AZ bad.

Keep forgetting to check my vin#. Mine is #20. It was bought new at Dreyer Honda in Indianapolis. I bought it used with 1600 miles on it from the Polaris dealer. Now has 5000. The guy traded it for an Indian.

Hey Buzz, I almost bought that one but I'm not a fan of black chrome so before I pulled the trigger I checked with Asheboro Honda and bought their 14 red, they are only 18 miles from me, Rockingham is nearly 100. I squeezed a good price out of them, I hope they passed it on to you.
