ok so I was checking out my bike tonite, and I allways knew it was like this but not sure if it should be like this or maybe it don't matter,

Anyhow on the intake there are little black vacuum lines and I allways thought I was just the one, but there are 3 total that are cut and plugged with screw, so should I get new lines on or does it not matter. thanks

I don't have much experience, but sounds like someone tried to do a de-smog on the bike. Look into it more, and find out if it was fully done or not, and the other items removed and/or plugged.

Maybe pictures, and others would be able to inform you better.

There are 3 vacuum lines attached to the carb intake runners. #3-4-6 runners have them. #1-2-5 have brass nipples screwed in with rubber vacuum caps plugged in. Does this match what you're seeing?

Your bike is fine.  Someone just replaced the worm out factory plugs. How you describe the vacuum lines is how it's supposed to be

Without more info it appears to me that someone has changed the vacuum lines/caps at some time during the bikes history. Its common to use plugged tubing as vacuum caps. These caps should be on the front and rear cylinders on right side [ throttle] and front cylinder only on left side [ clutch].
The important thing is to check that all these caps and the other vacuum lines are in good shape and not leaking/cracked.
I'd also recommend checking to see if pair valve is still there and connected as it sounds as though this monster has not been desmogged.
If the pair valve is missing then we need to start over.

The lines capped as your's are should last a long time that way, but, you don't like the way they look, so ,,,,   If you change them I think you might as well change the other lines as well since you don't know when they were last done. I run the #3-#4 line thru another line just to try and insulate it from the heat and get it to maybe last longer.
I'm a de-smog fan, but, it is easier to just change the lines.
