If it's Thursday, and close enough to DFW Airport, we might have some VRCC out-of-towners. If it's Saturday or Sunday, it will just be me.

Thursday is good with me.
Having just come from the RTE thread and immediately getting hungry from the reading, La Hacienda is a great one for fajitas close to DFW airport. Not cheap, but very good.

Well, it was my intention to have the meeting Saturday. I've been trying to decide where. Since the heat is still in the upper 90's I'm thinking that we don't want to go to far, like meet at Prairie house for breakfast at 8:00AM Saturday.
So who are the "out of towner's" that might be willing to meet with us someplace near the airport?

Unless someone says differently, I think it's too hot for a Saturday RTE yet this season. Also I think we've got to spread the meetups around -- they've been awfully north/north central lately. Why don't we try Gary's idea about Hacienda Ranch on Thursday?

well, If that's what's wanted, give me the location, Colleyville or Carrollton? I'll call and make arrangements.
But I do have to say, it's currently 7:30pm and still 103, so Thursday is suppose to be 96, so figure 94 - 95 at 7:00pm, where as Saturday morning at 8:00am is suppose to be 75 and 89 by noon. So I submit that Saturday morning breakfast would be on opportunity to ride a short ride before it gets hot.
So, everyone speak up, I will submit to what ever the majority wishes.

It's too hot to enjoy doing much of anything outside. It was 98 when I finished dinner last night at 9p. I vote La Hacienda Ranch on 121 in Colleyville Thursday. Whatever we decide, I'll be in a cage.

Unless someone else speaks up I will make a reservation for 3 at Hacienda Ranch in Colleyville, I will not be able to make it. So far it's arrangements for 3 people, Dave, Dave and Gary? Speak up if you want to attend. I"ll call them tomorrow.
Disco, can you change the title of this thread to indicate location and day?

We had a grand time! Jim & Jan...it was a pleasure to have such fine guests. Was the count 23? Good people, good food....I don't even remember "the meeting" since it was overshadowed by the companionship. And I won 100% of the 50/50! So GREAT to see everyone...

50/50! 50/50? I didn't have a 50/50 at my lonely, isolated table.

Don't feel too bad, Chuck. Tim won the same amount of money you did. I counted 23, too. Great to see everyone!
