Has anyone found a place to get the schematic for this bike? If so, I would very much appreciate the information. I will be installing the SOCALMOTOGEAR foglight kit next week and need more information than I am able to find as of yet.

I plan to install the 5v relays so the amber lights will  work on this system and will post the results when completed.

Thanks for the help.

Are you sure the LED blinkers are five volts?  I haven't seen anything that actually shows their true voltage.  I have a wiring diagram.  PM me an email address

Also, no one to my knowledge has actually put a meter on the blinkers. They could be 6v running and 12v blinking.  They could use reverse polarity.  They could have actual electronics in the blinker itself.

I'm not saying don't try it but I'd put a meter on there first.

Stanc770 - i'm excited for you! and a little jealous haha. Those fog lights look SO KILLER... i couldn't wait for them to be available so i had the dealer put on a different aftermarket set they had. Same shape but not nearly the coolness and functionality of the SOCAL ones. Good luck on install!

I plan on doing the same!  It's on my short list (becoming longer) of winter projects....

MRTAPPAN, Thanks for the reply. Before committing to the actual hookup of the amber portion of the lights I will certainly take a meter to the circuits involved. The last thing I want is harm the bike in any manner. Your points are well received and appreciated, I haven't thought about reverse polarity, that throws a curve ball at me.

That being said... I absolutely intend to have the amber portion working even if I have to hire someone that specializes in low voltage circuity.

I don't think it'll come to that point.  I just am interested to see the actual results of testing.  It will be handy for future references.

Cruiseman did a you tube video on installation of the SOCALMOTOGEAR fog lights.

They seem pretty cool. I guess all that cutting and splicing has to do
with the integration into the turn signals... the more expensive OEM
fog lights are plug-and-play, no cutting and splicing and adding wire...

So, if you read the following notification from the website, they say that the blinkers are low voltage and don't hook them up. So it looks like we would need to employ a relay that triggers on low voltage to provide a full 12v (I don't know what I was thinking saying 5v) to the yellow LEDs.

Wanted to give the board an update. Mother Honda isn’t going to let us play with the electrics on the signal side.
I installed the kit and it went very easy, after being certain the running lights and driving lights worked I tackled the amber turn signals…. Here the fun begins, the on voltage for the lights is 1.1v DC, the blinking VOLTAGES are, 1st cycle-1.11v, 2nd cycle 2.43v,3rd cycle, 4.44v and the final cycle is 6.11v. Then it starts all over again. I am just going to run the running lights until someone smarter than me has a solution.
Thanks for all the input and the help.
That being said, I knew this was a possibility before purchase and am still happy that I bought them.

What's the output voltage from the turn signal switch?  It might be 12v going into the mysterious "turn signal relay."
