Your friends have a great place.  By the way, the rates are on the low end for that weekend after checking other motels.

I was told when I called to set up the block of rooms that it would be slightly higher due to a wine festival (I believe it was a wine festival...) in town that weekend, making demand higher.  We're still getting a group discount, though, by the way.
