Has anyone else felt outraged of the AP printing the photograph of a Marine dying after being hit  during combat and his family asking them NOT to?  I sent a nasty e-mail to the AP but i'm 100% sure it will do no good.  Sometimes I wonder  if there should be a freedom of the press Undecided  They really tend to f#~k  things up for everyone else.

It's in extremely poor taste the lengths that some in the press will go to for sensationalism and the quest for a Pulitzer Prize.  My condolences to the family on the death of their son, as well as having to endure the pain of the publishing of the picture.

I completely agree.  I noticed as well that MSNBC quickly published the pictures on the internet.  Yet one more reason for me to turn to another source for news and entertainment.

Lance Corporal, you did a fine job.  RIP brother.   Sad

I find it a great irony that I love my First Amendment, but I generally detest the press.

That is wrong on so many levels.  I thank God every day for those serving this great country of ours.  May God also bless their loved ones!!

Wrong on any level.  I only hope our society appreciates that these guys and gals are doing this for the greater good.  I also hope our government gives them the support they need now and afterwards.
