I have been remiss in doing this, so the time has come.

Two months or so ago Bill ( Grumpy), did major repairs to my '97.  Hydrolock, desmog, Dan Marc electric fuel shut-off, and some carb work.  The bike has not run better since I've owned it.

I also need t thank the members of this forum who responded to my original request looking for info about Hap's.  Those responses led me to your group.  Thanks to Jeff for the ride up to meet many of you at the pizza party I attended.

Thanks again Bill, Jeff and all.  I hope to see you again in the near future.  I'll be on the Valk the next time!

Very well stated Tom. Bill has helped so many of us with hands on attention to our machines, myself included...many times, all with the same results as you have experienced. This has been said on here before but bears repeating, the knowledge these guys have is amazing. They know so much about these bikes and I admittedly do not. Their cumulative knowledge is so vast that they usually diagnose things very quickly.  Kind of nice huh?
