Honda bag mounts for solo

Question, these are the mounts described by Honda as for the solo seat set up. If it is for the solo setup they must be mounted to the frame under the rear fender and the fender placed back on. If so these would be concealed? Solo seat setup would be with out the grab rails I would guess?

Yes those are for solo, as for mounting, the instructions show them mounting on top of the fender, you use the holes that the handles mounted into so if you repleace the inserts with the ones with no holes then you would have to switch back.
