Getting ready to roll out for Bakersville , North Carolina . Rick ( Flask ) has invited us to sample some sea food from his home state of Florida he is at his in-laws cabin in Bakersville. Lucky 13 will bring some striper ( rock fish ) from the great state of Tennessee to add to the pot . Lookin' forward to the ride and hoping the rain stays away since I spent about 3 hours yesterday detailing my bike . I always liked this song and it came to mind back when Rick invited us up.

Cool ...I'm also lookin' forward to it...I'll have Lucky 13 , Paul ( Nasty 9 ) , Big Al and Greg with me. Greg will be on his Kawasaki Police since he has no tags or insurance on the Interstate .It's lookin' like rain here but should'nt be a wash out for the day at least I hope we don't have to ride 300 miles in the rain  Sad

Had to return to this post to modify ....It's raining here now Normandog  Sad   Maybe Steamer will let me borrow the KIA  Wink

Charlotte weather was calling for only a very slight chance of showers in the mtns today. However it is solid cloudy here and a few drops have fallen this am.  Undecided Hopefully it will burn off.  Smiley
Check out this pic. This was on the ride to the top of Mt Evans. This is the road I was sayin you don't have to go fast to get the adrenalin rush.
