Hi Guys,

My name is Jeff and I am new to the site.  bought a 2000 Valkyrie interstate from one of the guys here in Florida.  Love my new Valk, but I have noticed a strange noise that really only seems to happen riding 2 up and It seems to be mostly when I am at low speeds and lower rpms.  (I am 180 wife is less but i won't list her weight  Roll Eyes )  I had my wife hold my phone down under the seat while riding and recorded the sound.   Anybody know what this is?

Thanks!

SWAG..... Check tire pressure, 42psi and shock setting for two up riding.... Bump it up to next setting or so.

Without hearing sound it really is a swag.

Sounds like some kind of vibration to me, just something loose?

Yeah, look at all the stuff under your bags... I recently had a muffler cover come
loose... easy to fix... if your bike is new to you you might not realize you
can open your saddlebags and take off a few bolts from the inside and
remove the bag... there will still be all the mounting hardware (and rails if
you have them) in the way, but you'll be able to get much closer to whatever might
be rattling...
