Fuel valve question
«

OK so today I took my airbox off to look around to see if I could figure out what is making all the racket. I discovered that the previous owner had installed an electric fuel valve . It did have a fuel filter which I had removed. But I did not realize it had the electric valve. My question is does the layout of the plumbing for the fuel rail matter? Do you fuel line from the petcock to the valve is relatively short but there is an uphill slope to the T fitting that distributes the fuel to the left and the right fuel rail . The bike has not been desmogged (yet).

Yeah it shouldn't be going uphill. If it was me I would keep the danmarc and reroute it so it's flowing downhill.

I adjusted it a bit but it's hard due to all the smog stuff still being there. Project for another time. She Back together now as I am riding tomorrow.

I agree the Dan-Marc is good mod and I would desmog the bike when you have time.
