Anyone interested in fall Color ride up into Arkansas ?  I will be leaving  from Farmersville. We used to do this ride years ago.  Up scenic 7 into Harrison Arkansas.  Stayed at The Hub.  They had maps of some very nice routes to ride. Then we rode the pig trail down and over into Oklahoma for the Mena trail ride then home.   crazy2

Rode the Talimena Drive yesterday, TWICE!  Beautiful day for a ride.  Way too early for any changes in tree colors.

the colors start changing mid to late October    CMA head quarters is in that area and 1000's gather each year ( October 21st - 25th this year)  for the annual "changing of the colors" rally and fellowship.  Hotel rooms are rare during this event and all restaurants are busy. Just saying.

Blessings,

I was up there two weeks ago and made the bike show in Hot springs. Trees were just starting to yellow. Ended up in KY and the Dragon roundup. Did about 300 miles running the ridges.  The big trail is closed half way up due to the road sliding down the hill.
