Hey guys maybe some one has had this issue too. the trip button that switches from odometer is not working. It did go into trip mode but only after I pressed it really hard and then I couldn't get it to switch back. I had to disconnect the battery to reset back to odometer.

I tried that and pressing it twice, putting it in gear and pressing it, neutral and pressing it, kick stand down and pressing it, engine off with key on and pressing it. LOL
I guess I'll look for a speedo to replace mine with, or the whole dash. until then a pencil and paper will do. LOL

Yes that will be next and if it does not fix it. I'll have it ready for the replacement to pop in. There is one coming on E bay that showed 25,000 on it. That's better than the one that has 85,000. My bike just turned 36,000.
