Almost looks homemade. Kinda neat looking though, probably a good thing that seat is sprung like that.  The front wheel almost looks too small compared to the back. Be great for running errands around town.

I think it is a Briggs-Stratton 2 cylinder with a comet varidrive, kinda neat for home made.

Looks like they are giving it hell on the "Old Dragon" too. Bill, you should post a picture of your little tractor with the gigantic engine in it. Pretty neat engineering there too.  cooldude

It looks to be a Cushman chassis . Many of those folks are using the B&S / Vangaurd  VTwins . I suspect the triking and body work is home built.
