I have a 99 interstate and went for a ride when my tach ,speedometer and odometer stopped. I do not have any blown fuses. Odo shows on the screen and trip works. My lights all work . Made sure battery was charged and with key on engine off I still don't have odometer.  Help!

Sounds like symptoms of bad alternator.

The Honda manual says to remove the "Combination Meter" (gauge assy.) Check for 12 volts at the black/brown wire in the plug in harness. Should be 12 volts with the ing. switch on.

Check for continuity between the green/black wire terminal in the plug and ground. There should be continuity.

If no voltage or no continuity check for open circuit in the wire harness.

The plug in connector could have a bad connection.

The volt meter's red lead on the positive side of the battery and the black lead on the ground side. should tell you if the alternator or battery is bad.
If the read out is above 13.5 volts when the engine is running, Then alternator is charging.

True and his symptom has been had by many over the years and it lead to an alternator going bad.

Yep it was my first symptom. Wish it would have dawned on me what was going wrong.

I have 13.88-14.2 volts  when I checked the alternator. With engine off and key on the odometer doesn't work

Just saying..You did check both fuse boxes. On my interstate there is another fuse box that houses 3 more fuses and a spare just to the right of the main fuse box.

I have 11.5 volts at black and brown wire and continuity at one green and black wire.

The plug in connector could have a bad connection.

This has come upbefore and if you do a search for this problem you will find an article about a plug connection in front of the rear tire that corrodes/gets dirty.Clean it up and it might solve the problem.

Here is a link to RP Brown's schematics.  MUCH easier to read than the manual or another online schematic.

Check your diode, that's the vertical looking fuse in your fuse box to the right of the reg. fuses....it isn't actually a fuse but looks like one....I had a similar problem, replace the diode and all was well....I was told this diode regulates the electrical system, if you have another bike just switch them or go to a dealer and get spare...hopes this helps...
