Will there be any meeting area for VRCC members at this rally?

Hope to make one day as the is the first time in a long time it is not the same day as opening weekend of deer season.

? Deer season opens that Saturday? First weekend is always the opener.
Nov 7th is opening of gun season.

I'm a gun hunter and Nov. 1 is on sunday  so the season open on the 6th. the next Saturday
