For some folks, I had activation turned off at the time, so they didn't need one.  For some folks, it went to their spam folder and they never saw it.  For some folks we have manually activated you (and sent email), and THAT went to your spam folder.  And for some, on the first day, we overwhelmed the server and went way past the php sendmail limits...which causes errors and they didn't get any email at all.

So, if you're here, GREAT!  You made it!
