Maybe last ride of the season

                           Well: Yesterday (Sunday) 60+ degrees and finally got to meet, and get a ride in with afew fellow 2014 Valkyrie riders. Good people,hope to ride with them again next season... We met in Marengo Ill. road alittle north to Sharon Wis. to a place they haddent been to before, then one of them took us, The three Valkyries and My brother in laws,with my twin sisters, on their Harley trikes, to a winerey that we didnt know of.... from there we all said our good-bys,and headed seperate ways for home.   It was a great day with nice people, good ride for the end of the season,but who knows there may be one or two more days left yet?????????   any way just a note to those on the ride take care ride safe....

  Great to meet all of you and share our Valk experiences. Next season can't come soon enough!

Ja!  It was really cool...but TO short...the Sun just doesn't hang around that long..in November....  But it was fun...the bike(s) ran incredibly well in the cool, dry air...

The ride home racing with the Sun setting through clouds in the west was introspective and sort of lonely...but the Valk's awesome motor made quick work of it!

I think we 'may' have one or two more rides this year yet...the weather appears to be warmer then usual...

                        Glad we all had a good time,hope you didnt mind the trikes,they usually ride in the rear anyway so dont slow us down toooo much.  NOW the search is on,I know Paul has afew people that ride,and there are 4 to 5 other riders I know that will go sometimes, WE need to find afew more Valkyrie riders in the Rockford,area to join in..... I know of one other one in the Peoria area that I have seen on the VRCC site, but have not met up with him yet either.....Im sure there are more, I know there Is a GOLD WING group in northern Ill, I have contacted the leader but again have not met up with any of them yet....... Got to plan a ride out west, got to be some roads out there that we have not yet ridden, I will do some map searches and look for some routes for next season   Ride on life is good!!!!!!
