Has anyone noticed their transmission get noisier after about 3,000 miles?  I am not talking the shaft drive in the rear, I am talking about up front. The last ride I took before putting her away for the winter, the normal little whine from the transmission was noticeably louder. I could even feel it a little in the foot pegs. My oil is fine- full synthetic. This bikes engine and workings have always been so quiet. Maybe I am just imagining things.

I have 5500 miles on mine and the noises have changed in frequency and type but now all seems to be much better like it settled in.
