The project is done.  Took 3 days and lots of frustration.  But I like the results.

Those really look great, do tell how much work was it to install. I am sure they are worth it.

It went into day 4.  I took my time.  Didn't want to get into a big rush, but needed to have it done in time for my wife to ride to the CBR.  If I had to do it again, I'm sure it would go much smoother only because I've done it once now.
The runners on the carbs have to be removed so they will drop down and moved back as far as then can to get the plastic air guide for an I/S in there.  Radiator has to be removed also.  You need the radiator brackets and the radiator buzz bolt for an I/S.  I also removed the throttle and choke cables.  Not sure that was necessary, but that was in some instructions I had from someone who has done this before.

Got the lever fringe years ago (they came off my I/S) from JC Whitney and had to replace the laces a few years back.  When looking for the lever covers, they come for standard or wide levers.  The color of the laces matches the pinstripe on the tank.  You can get the covers with your choice of colored laces.  If they don't have a color to suit you, you can find latigo leather laces in all kinds of different colors on the net or a Tandy Leather store.
