Happy New Year guys and gals.

Hope to meet some of you guys this year.

And hey..I've noticed most of your signature maps stop at Alberta. You guys should swing through SK too...you guys are probably always wearing off the sides of your tires...you can ride here and wear down the middle part too. We've got a couple clover leafs if you want to carve some curves.

We've got a lot of straightaways and we're never less than 10 hours from great riding.

Happy New Year gang. Hope you all have a happy, prosperous and safe 2016.

Beardo,
I've lived in the prairies for fifteen years so am well aware of the beautifully straight roads you guys have. Why, I once put my bike on cruise, closed my eyes and slept for the entire triip between Edmonton and Calgary, with the small exception of two turns at Red Deer.
I'm heading into South Dakota this summer from White Rock but am traveling south of the boarder, that is if the dollar doesn't fall to under fifty cents US. If it does, I just might be traveling through your neck of the woods. Hope you're planning on swinging out west for the 2016 Valhala Rally in Port Angeles, Washington. Lots of great people attending from all over the Pacific North West.

Cheers,

Yeah, I'm thinking about Valhalla. If I have any vacation days left after my 2 or 3 other bike trips I have planned, I'd love to go.  Doing a trip to Yellowstone with the wife, 1 to AB with my daughter, possibly Inzane...we'll see. If I don't do Inzane, Valhalla would probably be a go.

As for any of you guys, if you're ever coming through Regina and want to meet for a coffee or need to borrow my lift for an oil change or whatever, PM me, would be nice to put some faces to the names.

Edit: got mixed up with the dates for Valhalla and Wing Ding...won't be able to go to Valhalla, my son's high school grad is then. Crap.

Rats!!  That's been a problem with the Valhala Rally date for years. Many riders are tied up with graduations at that time of year. The executive moved the rally into the last weekend in June to help eleviate the issue but it still doesn't work for everyone. Oh well, perhaps we'll be blasting through Saskatchewan in July. I'll let you know if we are.
