With as many bikes that I have owned I almost feel stupid asking how and the hell do you take of the seats so that I can install a new Corbin I picked up.

Two screws at the rear of the passenger seat. You probably have to raise or push aside
the seat cover to see them. When you get the two off the passenger seat, you find
two more screws at the rear of the rider's seat. The only screws used on the one-piece
Corbin are the rear most (passenger) ones. Did you get the Corbin used? They come with
instructions...

The owners manual has instructions that are pretty clear on the steps for removal.

That said; the attaching screws for the rear half of the seat are under the back part of the seat, just lift the cushion a bit to find them, they are Allen wrench screws and can be on rather tight. The Allen wrench that comes with the bike fits the removal screws. Once the rear half of the seat is off, the forward seat screws are pretty obvious. Once those are removed you slide the saddle to the rear a bit to unconnect it from the bracket on the tank.

No this came from a gentleman who ended up buying a Valkyrie and then selling it so he then sold the seat on E-bay great guy to deal with.

I have rubber washers between the fender and the seat tabs... I don't remember
if they came with the seat... probably don't want to have the seat tabs
directly on the plastic fender...

According to the part diagram, the is no rubber insulators between the plastic ears of the seat and the rear fender - the aluminum bushings handle the issue of spacing (the ears float in the bushings)
