 Tsukayu,

I am now in Arizona where my Honda Valkyrie is stored and used.  I am now starting to install the Jumbo fiberglass bags that I purchased from Tsukayu.  The instruction that I received are for a Harley Davidson and not for the 2003 Honda Valkyrie.  The bolt kit came with long and longer bolts to install the bracket to the bike.  I have to install three of the spacers on each of the front bolts in order to be able to tighten the shortest 3/8" Bolts.  That leaves me with just two spacers to install the rear two bolts.  There is no nuts or lock washers to go on the rear bolts and they are also too long.  Both bolts that I removed from the bike are 2 5/8" long.  The bolts that were sent are 3 3/8" and 4 1/8" for the 3/8" bolts and 3 3/8 and 4 1/8" long for 5/16"" bolts.  The instruction also state to use the long spacers if needed but there is no long spacers included in the kit they are all 1/4" spacers. With a total of 8 spacers.  Please help me with right hardware and instructions for the Tsukayu Jumbo bags to be installed on my 2003 Honda Valkyrie.
I am waiting to hear from Tsukayu but maybe another member has run into this problem and if so how did they correct it?  What is the best way to install the Jumbo fiberglass bags?

You mentioned all American standard bolts the Honda uses metric bolts. But you can always go down to the hardware store and get the right sizes. Spacers can be made out of tubing with a washer on either side. I take it a step further and buy solid stock aluminium and drill my own holes. Good luck on the install.

I installed the bags on my 97. The spacers supplied were not the right thickness to pull the bags in tight.  Be careful not to get them so tight (close to the rear fender) that bracket hits the rear caliper on the left during a shock compression. As mentioned above the fasteners for your bike are metric. Their fasteners are grab bag for all bike applications.

You mean like this?

Yeah, make sure you use the correct spacers....

Here some pics of my fitting a set of Jumbos on my project. I ended up redoing the brackets as supplied. I didn't like the way they fit.
I used some 3/16 SS flat stock to "hang" the bags from the big mount bolts on the seat brace. I ran a second bar beneath to join the two bags together to prevent them from wobbling under way. It took some fiddling, but came out decent. I used big washers on the inside of the bag and stainless screws. I wish I had photos of that part of the job, but I didn't think of it. I would be happy to sketch it out for you if you thin you might like to go that route.

To get the fit and alignment I was looking for with the Tsukayu Jumbo Strongs, I used washers instead of spacers,, two in the front, and five in the rear.  No problem with the Z mount clearance to the caliper. Notice I have the older Jumbo Strong's with the side flip lid as opposed to the flip to the front lid on the newer ones.

I will take photos of the installation and post them on this site if I can figure out how to down load them.  I have never posted photos here before.

It would be great if you would keep track of the size and length of the fasteners, spacers, washers, etc. used in this installation and post them.
