Are these shifters any good? Can they be used with just stock pegs?
TIA,

They can but it doesn't feel right to ya during shifting.

Get a kickshifter from Chet @ rattlebars.com

It is worth the extra pennies.    I've had mine well over 10 years with no problems.   Chet stands behind his products.

I second that.  Never had the Kuraykyn but always have Chets on my Valks.  Works flawless.  It was the first thing I did on both.

Mine works great, have had it a few years. For mine I designed a floating peg extension for it. Use to have a MC Enterprise, it was junk then went to Rattlebars.

I started with the Kury shifter and it never worked right.  Kury discontinued them for the Valk due to problems.  Next I went to the Kick-Shifter and it was really great....absolutely flawless....but, I wanted a more forward foot position on my trike, so I went to a set of Big Bike Things forward controls that I modified to my personal taste.  Now, I'm happy! I have had the kick shifter on both my Valks. love them. Just wondering what the heck is that extra hole for, towards the front? cooldude
