FYI this is the best bike adaptor in my humble opinion.  You can install it and take off either wheel if you have it bolted to your ATV lift and it will keep the bike safe and level.  No need for extra straps to anything else.  It bolts to the bike with two "L" shaped bolts with the heads removed and bent to tie the lift to the bike.  Yes I have one and have had for about 15 yrs.  And TJ didn't tell me he would pay me a commission to help him sell it. I have one as well and agree about its stability. It holds so well that it will stay on for a 65 mile, high speed, start of the season shake out ride. Shocked  Don't ask how I know this. Embarrassed (actually glad it did not fall off, That would have been ugly to ride over at speed.)

Pete I was not going to mention it but since you did I will.  I did the same thing.  When I got home and noticed that it was not where I normally keep it in th shop the hair on the back of my neck stood up.  Now I usually tie a rag around the throttle to remind me to take it off.

I have a lift adapter also, was given to me a couple years back but don't recall what type it is. I've never used one since I have the centerstand. I might dig it out and dust it off, check and see what the attachment bolts look like. I guess that would tell the story.

In this picture, where do the extra two "L" bolts go, specifically the two laying in the center. It seems obvious where the two front bolts go, but I'm at a loss as to mounting it at the rear. The instructions aren't clear so I'm not either. Can someone shed some light on the subject?

Only 2 bolts are used, looks like an extra set that are a little longer. Several years I had made and sold over 200 of those, But after a clown in s florida bought one and was going to leave it on the bike all the time. I decided to quit making them, all I needed was to get sued by some idiot that refuses to follow instructions.

An extra set, OK....makes sense. I've not tried it on for fit with the centerstand, not sure it would fit but might give it a try just in case.

John the ones that look longer will fit one side of the motor hole and the other side has a shorter depth hole, use one of each.  And add one more to the took a ride with it still on, twice actually. both times left it on for the ride home.  cooldude

Terry, man I'm glad to hear that I'm not the only one! I realized it after 65 miles, got an uneasy feeling and pulled over. Yup, there it was, still there. Took it off and rode home (feeling lucky and embarrassed). I bought the bolt on one later that day.  Embarrassed
