Does anybody have one? What are your thoughts positive and negative?

It seems that I can get one used or refurbed much cheaper than the Zumo

I have a Zumo 550 and I think the Rider 2 is a better buy. Don't get me wrong I like my Zumo but there up attitude towards upgrade SUCK. The only neg. is it don't have XM Radio but so what. The one thing I like about the Rider 2, that the Zumo doesn't have is speed controlled volume. Tried to get Garmin to consider speed volume but they just blew me off. So I think the Rider 2 is a better choice. Keep in mind that all companies have there faults, but if my Zumo dies I will get a Rider 2. I also have the Cardo Rider Q2 head set which I really like, light and easy to work.
