Bill,
  I have severe degenerative arthritis of the spine (hence my back pain) The only relief that I have found that works other than temporary relief from decompression is a product called "Supple" If your serious about your arthritis pain, google this stuff read up on it and try it. I thought it was too good to be true, my brother turned me on to it. It works well for me, it's a game changer. It's expensive but it has given me my life back. If you try it and like it, I'd split orders with you going forward. The best deals I've found are on Amazon, as with just about anything.

 I use the 24 serving Supple Peach Mango powder mix. I buy it on Amazon, usually for free with my rewards from Amazon purchases. I would not recommend buying direct as they try to get you to purchase an auto refilling/billing order. I refuse to do that with anything.
  There are many bad reviews out there, read them all. I swear by the stuff. Please don't buy it on my recommendation, make your own educated decision.
