He is one outstanding individual!  cooldude

After we came to a agreement and before I was to pick up the 1500 Doug noticed a drip on the rear wheel from the dif. He gave me a shout and he gave me options with this new development.  I told him we will gladly buy the bike anyway. Here is where this guy really shows that he is truly a cut above, he insisted that I take it to Grumpy and he will take care of the charges.  I said that it is time I get more involved with the 1500 and do the work myself if need be.  Well I checked the dif oil and it was a tad over filled so I let some out and when it was level it stopped leaking. Ok so fast forward and some fun miles on the 1500 it starts to leak again.  So first of all if Doug has something for sale rest assured he stands behind it.    cooldude

Like many here I have wrenched bikes, boats, cars and 4x4s throughout the years however, I haven't had much time with the phat lady (they don't need much) so I decided to change my name to Grumpy for a while, not really, so with a clean organized shop (a rarity) I started.  I'm doing some other things to her so I will take my time with the rest.

Glad to see you didn't find it necessary to jack it 2' in the air just to pull the rear end, at least that's what it looks like. Never will understand why riders continue to do that. Keep us posted as to the source/cause of the leak.  cooldude
