Hi all. Just was wondering if any one has tried this on there Valk. The system is for a GW1500 that allows you extra help holding the bike up at stops.  LegUp LandinGear - Generation II

I thought about it, but never went through with it.  I was having trouble holding the bike up with my wife on the back.  She's not exactly the little girl I married 40 years ago.  Ended up buying a Spyder and kept the Valkyrie.

Pete G. owns Chopper Design and is also a friend, have used his services a few times in the past. He showed me his original design a few years back, was excited over its possibilities but wasn't totally satisfied. I was in there a couple months back and I never got to attend to my business until he showed me his latest version, along with a demo. Really unique setup for anyone needing it, made totally in house. I know the demand is slowly building because it's keeping him and his staff busy. Good to see American ingenuity at work. cooldude

Better to be judged by 12, then carried by 6.

$3500?  Shocked  Shocked

Ive never been flat footed with the Valk. Sometimes I have trouble and shes been dropped. Backing up hill, no way. She will have to push me. Going to the 12" shock has helped alot!

Looks like a good idea, to bad it's not for the Valk unless you modify it some what, mounts at the passenger foot peg. Don't know the difference between a GW1500 and our Valk 1500.

I emailed them a couple of months ago, and they had no plans to make one to fit the Valkyrie. It bolts through the passenger pegs, and they are very different on the 'Wing.
