Where can I look up this color and where can I get it?

Thinking of a two tone scheme for my Fast Black IS....even thought it might slow me down a little.

They don't have it listed as being a Valkyrie option but it was also used on the Magna Deluxe model.

my 95 Shadow Ace uses BG103P Pearl Wintermint. Honda called it Pearl Mint. It is two-toned Black-Pearl Mint color scheme

That may actually be it , there is a slight difference but once stayed unless side by side and you weren't trying to match paint already on the bike no one would probably notice.
