I was told that the F6B that I got in July of 2014 got 1000 dollars in
Honda bucks and a 4 year warranty.
How can I make sure it in fact did get a 4 year warranty?

Shortleg -

I would think that you could call a dealer service department and give them your VIN number and they could tell you when the warranty expires.

The VIN # would indicate when the bike was manufactured, not when it was sold. The standard Honda Warranty:  3 years, unlimited mileage from the date of sale. You need to call the dealer where purchased and inquire. I would believe that the extended (1 year) warranty would be stated on your contract?  cooldude

This should explain it I think you are thinking of the extended warranty that you buy is 4 years. Its nice to have a warranty if something big happens but other than that I doubt I would ever use it. I don't trust the dealer mechanics to touch my bike.

I have a 14 and its the same for the 15 also

You Donot understand. When the 13s were sold they were sold  with a 4 year warreinty at time of sale not just the 3 year like the rest of the bikes.

I bought my bike in Aug 2014 and I also got a 4 year warranty and $1000 in Honda bucks.
I would have a Honda dealer check your vin # and they will know how long your warranty is. You should also have a warranty card.
Did you buy your bike new?
Did you get your Honda bucks? I did but I had to order my $1000 Honda bucks on my  purchase contract the day I bought my bike. It was fun buying free over priced accessories

I have the same situation.  Bought a 2013 in 2014 and got $1000 in accessories and the extra year of warranty.  I never got an official acknowledgement from Honda on the warranty, so I plan to have the dealer verify it when I get the brake recall done.  The Ford dealer had complete warranty info for my F150 by just punching in the VIN, so Honda should too.  Surely they don't have to call Honda on every warranty job.

Yes they do, if they want to get paid.
