Yeah... the name. It is a nickname that has stuck with me for a while. One magical night of drinking cursed me with it forever. The story goes that one night in my early 20s, I got so stupid blind drunk I could barely talk. My buddies were making fun of me and I was having a good old time. One of them asked me what I'd be if I ate at the furry Y. I swear I tried to say Muff Diver. But all that came out was Moofner. They burst out laughing and wouldn't let me live it down. Started using it as my nickname. At first I hated it, which only made them use it more. Now I think it is hilarious, and that is how stupid nicknames are born.

So yeah. Hope the story was worth it.

Yep. The YouTube is mine. The F6C is mine. The 1130cc is mine. The Nikon is not me.
I'm curious, why the search?

Yeah Moofner is a bit of an oddball unique name. Sort of like me? I mostly use it online these days. A lot of people use Moof for short, which in my opinion is even funnier when you know the back story.

Crappy weather here and I couldn't ride if I wanted to. The Bike is in pieces. Almost done with the light kit and I'm still waiting on parts.

Luckily, I have never earned my red wings. I've choked on a few of nature's dental floss, but no red wings.

About my name? lol. Not really. It comes up every now and then so I'm used to it. How can you not be amused once you know what you are really saying when you use "Moofner"?

I'm hoping to hear back from them next week. I'm usually not a much of a gambler, but I'm going to pre-wire my bike for their kit so I can put it back together. I want it to work pretty badly! Maybe they'll name the kit after me? Actually I hope they just put VALK in the part number.
