I take it when you say spin's it's actually turning the engine over and not just the spinning the starter?

Classic low battery problem. Charge and/or replace battery.

Do you have a smell of fuel out the back? I would suggest the fuel enricher. You should smell fuel, so if you don't have any smell after cranking, then it could be a fuel delivery problem.

But I feel also, it is the battery. Hook up a known good battery to your bike, vehicle NOT running, and see if it fires up.

Also check the kill switch. You wouldn't be the first.  angel

if you have a bad vacuum line to the pet rooster the fuel will not flow. Did you turn it down or if your low on fuel turn it up ???.  Do you have an inline fuel shut off ???

Please clarify your terms.  Saying the engine won't crank means the starter won't turn the engine, because the starter either a) isn't provided enough power by the battery, or b) is spinning but not engaging the engine to spin the engine, or c) has failed.

What I think you mean is that the engine cranks, but doesn't fire.  The most common cause of this is a weak battery which provides enough power to spin the starter motor, but not enough remains to power the ignition system.  The simple way to diagnose this is to boost the battery from your car, but be sure that your car is NOT running when you do this.  The current supplied by the car's alternator is too much for a motorcycle's battery.

Your battery could be weak either because it is failing, or your charging system isn't doing its job.
