95% sure we will be able to ride Saturday and hoping to do a later start time and lunch ride. Cooler temps as per TWC - Thinking:

JB Boondocks
River Ratz
Cooney Island
Giordano's Pizza
Stumpknockers
Red Wing Restaurant
Thoughts?

Anyone interested?   Shocked Undecided  Park at 9:30 ish

Dang Nick, 450 ponies ought to get that sucker up on plane.  cooldude

Jerry, how about Boondocks, might be able to make it over. Won't know for sure until that morning, been a rough last 4-5 days.

Yeah, I always had speed boats up in NY. My wife was having none of that this time Sad so I compromised and now we have a 63 MPH Living Room  2funny

I will have to pass on this one, as I have some pressing business on Saturday AM. I will be hanging out at the Speedway at Spring Lake Highway and SR 50 on Sunday, and taking a little tour from there.

Saturday looks doubtful for us since we have a concert we are going to with friends late afternoon and morning wil be boat time for us as well. Our floating "livingroom" only goes 44 mph, but we like it and love our fuel bills in comparison.  Roll Eyes

Just a shout out here so we know.  It looks like Jack, Eddie, Kim? Jerry and Sherry, maybe John S. Is there anyone else? Need to know if we should go to the park or if no one will be there skip the park?  Please let us know if this is still a go, or if we just want to meet at JB?   Undecided

For the ones who are saying, I thought Nick was going boating, the gulf was not where anyone wanted to be this morning so to our surprise he was at the park.  We found a different route to JB with roads I've never been on.  Just outside of Center hill we turned east on 702 or Youth Camp or Austin Merritt Road or Bridges Road (all the same road) then Dewey Robbins Road dumping into 19 just North of 455 and a short distance from JB Boondocks.  Really nice open country road with lots of hills and curves.  About 20 miles of different road.

Yes, beautiful day, got a wind burn on my face. We waited for Eddie until someone mentioned it wasn't 80+ degrees so we just went in to eat.  Grin

Nick, this morning when we were riding up to Citrus I was thinking with the temperature and wind not a good day for boating but great day for riding. Today was a charity event at the Harley Dealer  so no free food but the food was good. High octane was also having an event so there were A LOT of Harley's. Great  group of people, we ate and headed to the Hernando back roads stopping at the House several times. Chuck is a snow bird who comes down from Michigan with his 2000 Tourer, nice guy stays in Crystal River. Met him and another bird with a standard at Hardee's. Jerry we need to start making plans for Leesburg, there's a lot of interest in this area. We should be able to get a good group to ride up. Glad you guys had a great ride, tomorrow I'm going to the House to see Don but just to hang out no ride just hang out EAT DOUGHNUTS and come home. Maybe I will see some of you there.  cooldude

I am sorry that I missed both rides yesterday, but I had other matters that had to be taken care of in the  morning. I arrived home late from that, and missed the Crystal Harley deal. However, with the lower temps and the breeze, mowing and weed whacking the lawn was not too unpleasant. I hope to ride next Saturday, but Sunday is definitely out, as I have a BBQ to attend. Headed to the "House" this morning to see who shows up, and STS with Steve.

There was an intersting spot on the new roads traveled yesterday and I found it on Google maps. Can't quite understand the large go-a-round of these trees. Still a nice fun curve. Hey in Florida we take any curve hill we find.  cooldude

Quite familiar with that area. Only problem might be that whole area is eventually going to be swallowed up by The Villages. As you probably already know it is not too far away. Upside is the resale value will be pretty good when The Villages encroaches.
Not too far from us, it is just a little bit south of Marion County in "Hog" County {Sumter}.  Cool
You moving the business up that way? Fertile grounds for your line of work Nick.  cooldude

No just looking for a place in the country. We like the fact that it has a fairly new building on it, but we are still looking. The property is really sweet and all the surrounding parcels are very nice as well. But there isn't a single shade tree on the property.
