Found this looking around the net, does anyone have any knowledge of this or the company?

This is the fuel gauge made by Joop in Holland. He makes other gauges and electronics bits for the Valk.

See https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pKZ4to1orMs and http://www.valkyrieridersuk.com/VRCCUK/showthread.php?tid=723

 His site is at http://www.joopangelier.nl/pagina3eng.html

I just went to Joop's web site for the first time.  He provides a lot of online information on how these devices work.  The fuel gauge is obvious, to an engineer, sensing head pressure.  However I find the gear indicator ingenious, sensing the programed ratio of engine ignition pulses to speed pulses.  I always thought he had to get into the transmission case.

Thanks for posting this, I have to do something Valkyrie related other than ride.  It's only 31oF this morning...

IMO, a gear indicator on these is OPTIONAL - just get to 35 MPH and 5th and you're good ! cooldude

I agree with Bob, truly clever method of displaying the gear.
Has anyone installed one in an I/S? I imagine all the tie in is the same, although the wires are probably routed different. ..

Joop's fuel gauge is the BEST added feature on my Tourer.  It works great!
