i always use 87 octane on my 2000 valk..and today i wasnt paying attention at the pump and used the 91 octane.... will this make my bike run different, better or worse... i noticed some smoke when i started it up...

all will be ok there no way the gas made it smoke it cant get from the tank to the carbs until you burn the gas that is in the carbs up first.. i run 91 when i can aford it and 87 when im low on funds the only time you need 91 is when you have modded the bikes timing so smile and go for a ride ..

Upgrade Gas wont make smoke' Sometimes if sitting on your bike the left pipe will smoke at start up. Some think because the bike leans on the Kick stand that way it could be oil collecting at the Valve stems.
