Put a Hercules G3000 on my '98 Valk yesterday. Took her for a 200 mile
run today on the twistiest road (hwy 507) here in south central ontario.

I found it drifted around a bit until I learned how to compensate.

The bike is a challenge to handle on very low speed turns, just does not
want to lean over, you have to push it over, so, a lot more concentration
at low speed. I hope the muscle memory helps in a few more days.

I also hope the sidewall becomes a bit more compliant as time goes on,
then may not have to push it over, so hard, into turns. The mechanic put
36 psi in the CT, others on this board appear to like 36.

Also put a Metzeler on the front. I figure if I was going to have a rear tire
bead failure, it would have happened today on that snake of a road,
what a fantastic ride!

CSJ, I went to the Darkside awhile ago, I have now put about 1800 miles on my tirebbbb.  Give it a little time, it takes awhile for the tire to break in.  I also found that it was important to keep the front tire  inflated to the proper level.  I am running my Metz 880 front tire at 41 and all is pretty well.  I run the Bridgestone Potenza G 019 G.  I inflated it to 38 lbs at the begining to get use to the tire, it is less of a problem with the bad pavement at that pressure.  Then as the tire broke in  I dropped the pressure 2 lbs at a time.  Right now I am running 30 lbs and all is well in paradise.  Good luck.
