I passed a black and cream IS heading east on 16th ave in Langley around 232 st. yesterday, May 2nd, at 7:00 pm. If you are a member of this board, be aware that your headlight doesn't work. It was nearly impossible to see you coming toward me with the sun setting behind you and no headlight......serious safety concern!!
Hope this note finds the owner!
