I have a 97 Valk with approx 59,000 miles on it.

I noticed tonight that each time I pulled the clutch lever that it made a noise that sounded like dry rubber. Is there something in there that needs to be replaced or that needs some type of maintenance?

I am not terribly mechanically inclined but would appreciate any reply.

Thanks in advance,  Elliott

Periodically you remove the handle, lube the brass insert and the pivot point.  I also Emory cloth the curved part of foot that contacts the pushrod to make it smoother

Thank you sir.

I just looked at my Clymers manual and I should be able to do that.

Thanks again
