That is a cool looking trike, but it's 3x the price of a new Valkyrie.

If they had to make it from scratch , I can understand the price , mass producing it would lower the price

Nice trike, way too much thou. I could buy a Buick Lacross hard loaded much for less. I love the bike but I will not be spending that kind money on any motorcycle .

In France, the Goldwing with airbag is 38,500 $, the F6B is 27,000 $, F6C is 24,700 €.
So really not that far off on price since bikes seem to be a bit more expensive in France. A trike kit here will set you back roughly 10 grand.

It looks like it rear ended a CanAm and got to keep the parts left over to replace what it lost. ???

last time I went to Stirgis 2012, I was riding my VTX 1300 thats where I saw a Valkyrie, knew I had to have found one bought it rode it for a year loved it BUT, they brought out the new 2014s test road one and it was all over except for selling the VTX and the Valkyrie so I could get that 1832 motor......WOW........ wish I could have kept the 1998 Val but cant afford to do that.... anyway my new Valkyrie is awesome love it. ride it as much as the weather here in northern Ill. will allow. good ride coming up tomarrow should have about 10 bikes in the group. cruising southern Wisconsin.....

That is a cool looking trike, but it's 3x the price of a new Valkyrie. in the U.S. the kit can be added to an F6A/B or C for $15K so roughly $30K U.S. all in. it comes with an additional radiator. However, triking a bike that does not have a reverse can adversely affect resale. The R18 rides beautifully - the Endeavor is another nice R/T (reverse trike) as is the Hannigan Roadster. The price points on all these are similar but the Endeavor can be moved from one bike to another and costs roughly $10K.

To clarify - you can have the Sturgis R18 kit added to any of the modern Goldwing platforms F6 A/B/C for 15K, with an F6C your all in price would be around 30K u.s. dollars. Not having a reverse is generally not a problem if you think ahead of time before just pulling in to a parking spot. The Sturgis R18 has 17" wheels in front so caster settings are critical to steerage. The Hannigan Roadster uses 16" wheels with an aprox 20 degree caster. Endeavor uses 15" wheels.
