Oops looks like I adjusted past the # 5 mark, to the "high" Mark. Can't get it to return. 99 Interstate

What's up here? Am I just stuck at max preload? Ok if it is. Any thoughts appreciated.

I think you can continue to turn it and it will go to #1 setting. I think it's going to really bang though. Might want to take the weight off the bike with a jack.
