need to cancel our InZane plans for this year

My wife and I are bummed, as we can no longer attend the 2016 Inzane, as we had planned.  We were looking forward to it, but family circumstances require us to adjust our plans.  Is the registration refundable, at this time? If not, are we able to get our t-shirts, pins, etc?

The cutoff for processing refunds due to cancellation has passed.  We will not be shipping any ordered items, but if you can make arrangements with someone to pick them up for you at Inzane, that would be fine.  If you do make arrangements for someone to get your items for you, please let us know so they are given to the correct person. 

Sorry that you are unable to make it this year, but here's to hoping it works out for you next year!

Ok, that is fine, as that is what I figured.  I'm just glad I can still get the items.  I'll try to make arrangements with TP and Nancy, our MN reps, to pick up the items.  I'll let you know for sure.
