 I'm still cleaning the old gal up. But, with the holiday weekend approaching, just in case anyone visiting this site might be interested, here she is. I'd be looking to sell for $4500 as most the Interstates on the main classified board are listing in the $6500 - $7500 range, but have quite a bit fewer miles than mine. +1, please don't. You will have NO problem getting $4500. I would think more.  It's a great looking bike, anybody that knows these bikes isn't going to be deterred by the miles. |

No plans to part out a perfectly good running ride. She has 110,600 miles on her. Would like to find a good home for her. I just don't have the room for both a Valk and a my new GoldWing.

I know I can personally vouch for its condition as I've had quite a few miles riding with Tim over the years and it's a fine running machine.

Sad day today. Sold my Valk today to a chap down between Sierra Vista and Bisbee, the town of Hereford. A nice fellow who will give her a good home.

Well, I posted it on Craigslist and got one scam call within minutes of posting it and one potential legit call after I had already sold it. I posted it on the VRCC classified board but I did not get any response even with some 400 views. The buyer said it was this very thread where he saw the bike. He has one Valk already, a turquoise and black Tourer, which he has all tricked out for a show bike. It kinda sounds like he wants to use the I/S as an everyday sort of bike. It should do just nicely for that.
it's kinda funny, though. A number of months ago when I first mentioned thinking of buying a new bike I had more interest in purchasing my I/S then than after I actually posted it for sale. Timing is everything I guess....
