Hey!  It was great to meet you this weekend!  Have a great time in Morgantown.  I grew up there, it's a pretty cool town.  If you're looking for a good place to eat, I'd recommend Mother India.  It's probably our favorite restaurant in the state.  Really great if you happen to like Indian food.

Mornings have been borderline cold. The roads through Tennessee have been amazing. The farmlands and rural America that we have seen on this trip are outstanding.
The West Virginia roads suffer from heavy truck usage and the ravages of winter time. But the backcountry here and the farmlands Are simply amazing. The flight 93 Memorial will put your heart in your throat to see it approaching it I noticed contrails from the Jets above knowing that we were about to visit a site were one crashed. The closer you get the more quieter you become. At the memorial looking over the crash site you could hear a pin drop. The only sounds we get here with the breeze in the grasses and flowers below

Some great pictures there, thank you Jerry for posting them too !! Looks like a lot of fun, maybe I'll try for next year. The one picture there with all the bikes in the parking lot, is very similar to our group rides too.

Hey Steel, judging by the URL shown above the picture it looks like you're right clicking on "copy" when you post from Photobucket. Not necessary, just click on the "IMG" and when it says "copied" just close it and put your cursor on your post where you want the picture, then right click on "paste".

Remember: on Photobucket....cursor on upper left corner of pic(no click), then cursor on "share" in drop  down, then click on "IMG", when says "copied" just close it and place cursor on VRCC post. Right click on "paste". Go to preview and the picture is there.

This is Barack Ville covered bridge. It's bands Buffalo Creek near Brockville West Virginia Pearrell. Built in 1853, the structure is a modified arched Burr trust, with siding added 20 years after the bridges construction









This is the Simpson Creek covered bridge. It is a multiple Kingpost truss bridge that was built in 1881. It was washed out by a flood in July 1889 and later relocated to its current position I half-mile upstream. This bridge is located near Bridgeport West Virginia







This is the Philipi covered bridge. It is the oldest and longest covered bridge in West Virginia. It is also the only covered bridge serving the US federal highway system. It currently serves US Route 250
